Highlights

Optional Copilot
The optional integrated piloting tool allows for teach pendant-free programming via the proprietary welding application plug-in. It integrates six configurable function keys for program creation, new points generation, wire feeding, gas delivery, and program initialization. Enjoy rapid deployment and redeployment of your welding tasks!
Multiple Configurations
The modular designs of the CW Series supports various configurations depending on the user needs: dual/triple station, table-mounting, top-down welding and more. This gives the user extreme flexibility, allowing them to integrate the solution into any production line without disruption and to respond to different welding requirements.


Automatic programming
Integrated touch-sensing function (pictured) for auto-adjustment of the weld trajectory. Easy multi-layer configuration for automatic generation of each subsequent step based on the programmed offset of the first step, and adaptive computing of optimized multi-layer trajectories.
4 weaving modes: C-weaving, Elliptical weaving, Z-weaving, and T-weaving.
350/500A output, air/water cooling
The integration of Elite Robots’ proprietary hardware and software with equipment from leading welding companies (350A/500A welding machines; air/water-cooled welding torches) creates multiple combinations to suit different needs. Supports equipment from all major brands in the welding industry.
